Dear Members and Friends,
Our regular Sunday morning meditation is from 9:00 to 11:00. On the 2nd and 3rd Sundays, we offer a guided meditation session from 11:00 to 12:00 for people somewhat new to meditation. This month, we’ll use meditation exercises from Emotional Rescue for our guided meditation.
And, speaking of Emotional Rescue, this Saturday January 7, is a book group and workshop on Emotional Rescue. It’s a follow up to the weekend teachings by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche when he was in Boulder in November. See details below.
Also coming up in January is the start of the next course on Mahayana teachings. We’ll cover Atisha’s famed mind-training slogans offering practical advice on how to awaken the heart of compassion. We’ll use a sourcebook with commentary by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche. Classes start Monday, January 9.
Our Introduction to Buddhism series continues on Wednesday nights, starting January 11. The course is called Traveling From Confusion to Original Sanity. It presents the basic principles of Buddhism. You can drop in on a class by class basis or sign up for the 4 week course.

Nalandabodhi Study and Courses
Nalandabodhi offers complete study and education programs on Buddhism. The Nalandabodhi Path of Study courses make up one part of the three-part Nalandabodhi Path designed and supervised by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
