Monday Evenings, January 9 through March 13

winter-pineconesNalandabodhi Boulder is offering the next course in a series of courses on the Mahayana teachings.  The course focuses on a profound and important Buddhist text called the Seven Points of Mind Training.   These teachings guide us in becoming less self-centered and more compassionate in our relationships with others.  They provide both a profound view of reality and very practical means for helping others.  This course is a great opportunity to dive deep into the teachings using a sourcebook from  a collection of talks by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.  Ponlop Rinpoche updates the teachings for the 21st century with lively examples from modern western culture while honoring the 1000 year lineage of the teachings

Date/Time:   Monday evenings, January 9 through March 13, from 7:00 to 8:30
