Meeting Our World In Awareness with Mitra Mark Power

Giant swallowtail butterflyWhether we’re intending personal transformation or societal change, a key aspect is awareness. As with any long term project, there are times when it’s important to re-examine our goals and our approach: How is awareness present in our journey?

Our workshop will explore this question experientially, emphasizing curiosity and broadened awareness. We’ll rely on some familiar tools (meditation and contemplation) and some lesser used tools from other transformative approaches that encourage personal exploration and discovery.

Materials: creativity; writing materials; scissor; magazines/imagery that inspires; other visual art materials as desired
