Nalandabodhi is offering an open meditation practice from 5:30 to 6:30 on Wednesday evenings.

We are practicing a simple calm abiding meditation.  All are welcome.

You’re welcome to come and go, just enter or leave quietly.  You do not need to be there for the full hour.

If you are new to mediation, please join us at 5:30 for a brief instructions on meditation.
